Mary Azima Jackson uses energetic healing, song, movement, meditation, counseling, and ceremonies for life's rites of passage as means for greater self-discovery and re-invention. Group classes and individual sessions focus on life balancing, health issues, and creation/celebration of life's passages–physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. Incorporating innovative technology, quantum physics, and ancient meditative practices, Azima offers a safe environment to connect, communicate and inspire.
